Customer Service Representative

Our client is a global industrial manufacturing company who pride themselves on their cutting edge products and customer solutions. Based in the outskirts of Bankstown, you will be joining a dynamic and inclusive organisation that will go above and beyond to welcome you to the team.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager who is known within the business for supportive management style and extensive knowledge. Working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with customers via phone and email
• Log and update all information in the system correctly
• Processing customer orders in a timely manner
• Data entry and ad hoc duties as required

About You

• Previous Customer Service, Administration, Order Processing
• Prior SAP or Salesforce experience
• Spare parts experience (nice to have but not essential)
